Essentra plc announces that it has been advised that Jon Green was allocated 945 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of £8.2214 each for a total consideration of £7,769.  Jon's total shareholding is now 76,272 which represents 0.032% of the Company's voting rights.
