Essentra plc announces that it was advised on 05 May 2016 that on 04 May 2016

(a)      Brett York reinvested, pursuant to an automatic dividend reinvestment instruction, the proceeds from a recent interim dividend and acquired an additional 292 ordinary 25p shares.  The shares were purchased at a price of £8.248 each for a total consideration of £2,408.  Brett's total shareholding is now 11,494 shares which represents 0.0044% of the Company's voting rights.

(b)      Scott Fawcett reinvested, pursuant to an automatic dividend reinvestment instruction, the proceeds from a recent interim dividend and acquired an additional 317 ordinary 25p shares.  The shares were purchased at a price of £8.248 each for a total consideration of £2,614.  Scott's total shareholding is now 18,622 shares which represents 0.0071% of the Company's voting rights.
