FINANCE DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Filtrona plc today announces that Steve Dryden, Finance Director, has resigned
his position to assume the position of Group Finance Director of a larger FTSE
250 Group. A date has not yet been fixed for his departure and, in the interim,
Steve will remain with Filtrona to ensure a smooth handover of his
responsibilities. The process to appoint his successor, which will include both
internal and external candidates, will commence immediately.
Jeff Harris, Chairman, commented:
'I would like to thank Steve for his eleven years of service and, especially,
his strong contribution to the transition of Filtrona into a successful publicly
listed company. We wish him every success in the further development of his
career.'
