ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS, AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Essentra today announces the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting have been published. The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 13:00 (UK time) on Tuesday 16 May 2023 at Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8YY.
The 2022 Annual Report and Accounts can be viewed online from 17 April 2023 at www.essentraplc.com/en/investors/company-information/reports-and-accounts
In compliance with the article 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, on 17 April 2023, a copy of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at www.essentraplc.com
Essentra's next scheduled trading update will be published at 07:00 (UK time) on the day of the Annual General Meeting.
