Essentra plc (the 'Company') today announces that it has been advised that Paul Forman who, as previously announced, has been appointed Chief Executive of the Company with effect from 1 January 2017, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of £4.332 in the Company as at 12 December 2016.
