Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that it has been notified of a recent transfer of 1,986 shares from Treasury to satisfy share options under the Company's sharesave plan.

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 8,280,834 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 211,045,961 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
