                Eurasia Mining Plc ('Eurasia' or 'the Company')

                                 AGM Statement

The Board of Eurasia announces that at the AGM held today all the resolutions
were duly passed.

Also at the AGM, the Company confirmed that John Mitchell is stepping down as
Chairman but would remain on the Board and that Dr Michael Martineau takes over
as Chairman. The Board thanked Mr Mitchell for his extensive service as Chairman
since the Company's formation. The Company also confirmed that William Anderson
had retired as a Director but will remain with the Company in charge of the
development of Eurasia's gold projects in Russia.
