The Company was notified on 27 April 2004 that Gartmore Growth Opportunities
disposed of 1,840,929 ordinary shares on 15 April 2004 and acquired 296,630
shares on the 22 April 2004, reducing their holding to 4,034,273 ordinary
shares, representing 4.79 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
