                       Notification of Change of Interest


Following the change in the Company's total voting rights, announced on 20
January 2007,  Eurasia has received notification of the following change of
interest in voting rights in the Company's share capital:


JP Morgan Chase & Co indirectly holds 10,700,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company, through its nominee account, JP Morgan Asset Management (UK)
Limited. This holding now represents 7.60% of the total voting rights of the
Company.
