The Company was notified on 27 January 2005 that Gartmore Growth Opportunities
disposed of 208,333 ordinary shares in the Company on 21 January 2005, reducing
their holding to 3,242,607 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.81% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
