The Company is pleased to announce that it has raised £48,000 by a placing ('the
Placing') of 800,000 ordinary shares of 5p ('the Placing Shares') at 6p per
share.  The Placing is in connection with due diligence on a proposed
transaction.



The Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on Thursday 21 October
2004.
