NEW EURASIA DIRECTOR BRINGS BLEND OF BANKING AND MINING EXPERIENCE
Eurasia Mining PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Hutson as a
Non-Executive Director.
Charles Hutson is an Executive Director of Cambrian Partners Limited, a
recently-formed advisory company specialising in strategy planning and mergers
and acquisitions activity in the metals, mining and industrial materials
sectors.
Eurasia's Deputy Executive Chairman, Dr Michael Martineau, said: 'We are
delighted to attract an individual of Charles Hutson's calibre to Eurasia's
Board, not least because he brings a rare blend of deep experience from both the
investment banking and mining sectors. Charles has more than 20 years'
experience of mining finance, and has carried out numerous assignments in Africa
and Russia, Eurasia's principal areas of operation.'
From 1999 until 2002, Mr Hutson was a Director, Investment Banking, at Credit
Suisse First Boston, where he was Head of Metals & Mining for Europe, Africa and
Asia. He was previously a Director, Corporate Finance, at UBS Warburg, and
before that spent 12 years working with mining and consulting companies. His
career has included operational management experience, principally in South
Africa.

Charles Guybon Hutson has not had any unspent convictions, has not been declared
bankrupt or been the subject of any individual voluntary arrangement. There has
been no public criticism of Charles Guybon Hutson by any statutory or regulatory

of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of any
company. He has not been a partner of any partnerships at the time or within 12
