Eurocell plc (the "Company"), a market leading, vertically integrated UK manufacturer and distributor of innovative window, door and roofline PVC products, today announces the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) as the Company's auditor.

PwC's first audit will be for the year ending 31 December 2015
