Eurocell plc (the "Company") announces that, on 22 April 2021:

· options granted on 18 April 2018 and 9 September 2020 under the Eurocell plc Deferred Share Plan 2015 (the "Plan"), to acquire ordinary shares in the Company, were exercised by two directors to whom shares were allotted on 10 May 2021; and

· pursuant to the rules of the Plan, the Company exercised its right to satisfy a proportion of the above options in cash, to cover the associated tax and national insurance liabilities, to be settled on 20 May 2021, rather than by the transfer of shares.

The notifications set out below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
