NOTIFICATION OF HOME STATE

European Assets Trust NV (the Company) announces that today it has submitted a notification to Dutch AFM under article 5:25a of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act implementing Transparency Directive Amending regulations to confirm that The Netherlands are the Company's home Member State as defined in such act and regulations.

In light of the Company's listing in the UK, a copy of the notification has been submitted to UK FCA.
