ISSUE OF EQUITY
On 11 December 2006, European Assets Trust NV sold 75,000 of its Ordinary Shares
held in treasury at a price of £9.575 per share, which equates to a discount to
the estimated net asset value at the time of transaction of 2.5%. Following
this transaction, there are 16,318,475 shares in issue and there are 2,160,000
shares held in treasury since the implementation of the liquidity enhancement
policy.
