Subject: Result of General Meeting and Director changes

At the Company's General Meeting held on 26 April 2007, all resolutions were
passed.

Professor Robert van der Meer was appointed a Director of the Supervisory Board
at the General Meeting.  Professor Syb Bergsma, having attained the age of 70
years, retired from the Supervisory Board at the conclusion of the General
Meeting.
