Following the release of the annual results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2015 a supplement to the Company's prospectus dated 3 July 2015, approved by the Dutch financial regulator, the Autoriteit Financiële Markten, has been published.

Copies of the supplement and the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2015 are available on the Company's website, www.europeanassets.eu. A copy of the supplement is also available at no cost from the Company.
