Publication of European Assets Trust PLC supplementary prospectus

European Assets Trust PLC (the "EAT PLC") has today published a Supplementary Prospectus approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of EAT NV's annual report for year ended 31 December 2018.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by EAT PLC on 27 November 2018 in relation to the proposed migration of EAT NV's legal seat and structure from the Netherlands to the United Kingdom by means of a cross-border merger by absorption with EAT PLC (the "Migration").

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will be available on the websites www.europeanassets.eu and www.europeanassets.co.uk and via the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
