NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES
European Motor Holdings plc was advised today that Acorn Income Fund has
acquired a notifiable interest of 1,944,775 ordinary shares in the company,
representing 3.62% of the total issued share capital.
