NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES



European Motor Holdings plc was advised today that the shareholding of UBS
Asset Management Limited and Phillips & Drew Life Limited (previously notified
as 10.81% of the total issued share capital) has now fallen below the 10%
notification threshold. However, there has been no change to the shareholding
of Phillips & Drew Life, which is a material interest included within that
total shareholding and therefore notifiable, which was previously notified at
6.89%.
