NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company received notification on 9 January 2007 that as at the close of
business on 5 January 2007, UBS AG, acting through various of UBS AG's business
groups and legal entities, had a material interest in 6,916,508 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 12.63 per cent of the issued share capital of that
class and a non material interest in 209,864 ordinary shares, resulting in a
total of 7,126,372 ordinary shares representing 13.01 per cent of the issued
share capital of that class.

Of the material interest disclosed above, 6,803,228 ordinary shares representing
12.42 per cent of the Company's issued  share capital are held by UBS AG London
Branch.
