Holding in Company

The Company received notification on 24 February 2005 that as at the close of
business on 21 January 2005, UBS AG, acting through various of UBS AG's business
groups and legal entities, had a material interest in 8,000,216 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 15.01 per cent of the issued share capital of that
class and a non material interest in 1,084,887 ordinary shares, resulting in a
total of 9,085,103 ordinary shares representing 17.05 per cent of the issued
share capital of that class.

Of the material interest disclosed above, 3,524,700 ordinary shares representing
6.61 per cent of the Company's issued share capital are held by UBS Global Asset
Management Life Limited, and 4,475,516 ordinary shares representing 8.40 per
cent of the Company's issued share capital are held by UBS AG London Branch.
