NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company received notification on 19 December 2006 that as at the close of
business on 15 December 2006, UBS AG, acting through various of UBS AG's
business groups and legal entities, had a material interest in 6,431,050
ordinary shares in the Company representing 11.74 per cent of the issued share
capital of that class and a non material interest in 209,864 ordinary shares,
resulting in a total of 6,640,914 ordinary shares representing 12.13 per cent of
the issued share capital of that class.

Of the material interest disclosed above, 6,317,770 ordinary shares representing
11.54 per cent of the Company's issued  share capital are held by UBS AG London
Branch.
