Blocklisting Application

An  application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the  London  Stock
Exchange  for  the  blocklisting of 8,066,471 ordinary shares  pursuant  to  the
General Corporate Purposes Scheme.

These ordinary shares may be issued, in whole or in part, for cash from time  to
time  provided that such issues will be made at prices above the then prevailing
net asset value per share.

The  ordinary  shares  will,  when issued, rank pari  passu  with  the  existing
ordinary shares of the company.
