Dealings in the ordinary shares issued under the rollover from Jupiter
European Investment Trust PLC commenced this morning.

Jupiter European Opportunities Trust will have initial total assets of 
£95,962,458 comprised of £15,545,400 of bank debt and £80,508,058 million of
ordinary shareholders equity. The initial net asset value of the ordinary
share is 94.5p.
