today from Mr H M Priestley, a director of the Company, that he purchased 2,000
Ordinary shares in the Company on 23rd February 2005 at 122.9p per share.

Following this purchase Mr Priestley is interested in a total of 11,000 Ordinary
shares representing 0.014% of the total voting rights in the Company.
