Final dividend for the year ended 31 May 2018

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 6.5p per Ordinary share for the year ended 31 May 2018. The final dividend will be paid on 17 December 2018 to those Ordinary shareholders on the register as at 16 November 2018. The ex-dividend date is 15 November 2018.
