Jupiter Primadona Growth Trust PLC

     Pursuant to Listing Rule 15.4.11(1), Jupiter Primadona Growth Trust PLC
     announces that, as at 30th September 2006, it does not have any holdings in
     other listed investment companies (including listed investment trusts)
     which themselves do not have stated investment policies to invest no more
     than 15% of their total assets in other listed investment companies
     (including listed investment trusts).
