Jupiter European Opportunities Trust plc (the "Company") today announces the publication of a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus"), which is supplemental to and should be read in conjunction with the prospectus published by the Company on 9 April 2015 in connection with a placing programme in respect of up to 60,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company.

The Supplementary Prospectus is required following the announcement of the Company's audited results for the year ended 31 May 2015.

The Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM  and also on the Company's website located at http://www.jupiteram.com/JEO
