Jupiter Primadona Growth Trust PLC (`the Company') announces that it purchased
5,000 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 1,030p per share for cancellation.
Following this transaction the issued share capital with voting rights of the
Company is 4,574,058 shares.
The above figure (4,574,058) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Primadona Growth
Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
