The Company announces that it has today purchased 95,000 of its Ordinary shares at 708.42 pence per share to be held in treasury.
Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 112,875,331 Ordinary shares, of which 2,671,491 are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 110,203,840.
For reporting purposes under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, shareholders should use the figure 110,203,840 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
