KSS Retail wins dabs.com contract

Eurovestech is pleased to announce an important UK contract win for KSS Retail Limited ('KSS Retail'), its wholly owned price optimisation subsidiary.

Dabs.com plc ('Dabs'), the UK based online retailer of technology products, has selected KSS Retail to help it optimise pricing and promotions. Dabs, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Telecommunications plc, processes about 5,000 customer orders daily. 

KSS Retail will provide Dabs with its real-time, self-learning price modelling and optimisation solution, offering Dabs a predictive insight into the effects of pricing and promotional decisions.

Dabs marketing director, Jonathan Wall, said 'Our goal is to deliver customer value and improve the customer experience, while remaining competitive in our market. We view the KSS Retail price optimisation solution as an important element in assisting us to meet this goal'.

Last month KSS Retail won a contract with Portuguese company, Sonae Distribuição, S.G.P.S., S.A., a European retailer with more than 630 stores. Eurovestech chief executive, Richard Bernstein, said 'These contract wins are encouraging evidence of the momentum of KSS Retail and the increasing acceptance by customers of its innovative solutions'.
