Disclosure of interest in shares


Knowledge Support Systems Group plc ('The Company') wishes to make the following
disclosures of interest in shares:


1. The Company received notification yesterday that, following purchases made on
   23 and 25 July 2002, Eurovestech plc now hold 4,927,273 ordinary shares in
   the Company, being 6.7% of the issued share capital.


2. The Company received notification today that Prudential plc and all of its
   subsidiary companies no longer have a notifiable interest in the issued
   share capital of the company.
