Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified that Mr Alex Scrimgeour, Chief Executive Officer of Everyman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 113 pence per share on 15 June 2022.

Following the above transaction, Mr Scrimgeour has a shareholding of 250,974 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.28 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
