Appointment of Non-Executive Director

888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment and solutions providers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Zvika Zivlin as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Zvika has significant experience working with international businesses across a wide range of industries and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Tulip Capital Partners, Wells Fargo Securities' exclusive partner in Israel. In addition, Zvika currently sits on the advisory board of Infinidat Ltd., a data storage company.

The Company also confirms that, as previously announced, Amos Pickel will on 9 May 2017 step down as a Non-Executive Director of 888. Amos has served on the 888 Board since March 2006.

Zvika will serve on 888's Remuneration Committee, Nominations Committee, Audit Committee and Gaming Compliance Committee.
