                              Director Declaration

The following information is given subsequent to Amos Pickel's appointment as a
non-executive director of 888 Holdings Public Limited Company on 14 March 2006.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13(1) of the Listing Rules, Mr Pickel has
advised that:

(a)           he is currently a director of Red Sea Hotels Limited, an Israeli
company whose shares are no longer publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock
Exchange, but have been so within the last five years; and
(b)           he has previously been a director of Gresham Hotel Group plc, an
Irish company whose shares are no longer publicly traded on the Irish Stock
Exchange and the London Stock Exchange, but have been so within the last five
years.

Mr Pickel has advised the Company that there is no further information which
would require disclosure under paragraphs 9.6.13 (2)-(6) of the Listing Rules.

Mr Pickel has also advised the Company that he has no beneficial interest in the
shares of the Company.
