                         DIRECTORS/PDMR SHARE INTERESTS

888 Holdings plc (the 'Company') has been notified by Mr Itai Pazner that on 6
December 2007 he exercised 18,042 nil cost share options and sold 18,042
ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each of the Company ('Shares') at 135p per Share.

Following the sale, Mr Pazner has interests in 61,435 market value share options
and 219,957 nil cost share options.
