                        DIRECTORS/ PDMR SHARE INTERESTS


Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings
plc wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons
discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') in ordinary shares of 888
Holdings plc ('Shares') arising out of the operation of its 888 All-Employee
Share Plan.

On 15 January 2008, awards over Shares in the form of a nil-cost option and a
contingent right to receive shares ('Awards') were granted under the 888
All-Employee Share Plan to the following PDMR, as set out below. The numbers of
shares stated are the maximum available to the PDMR.

Kobrine      options               awards)
             170,000 shares


The award shall vest over 4 years in equal portions on 15 January 2009, 15
January 2010, 15 January 2011 and 15 January 2012. Mr Kobrine was not required
to make any payment for this Award.
