DIRECTOR/ PDMR SHARE INTERESTS

Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings plc (the 'Company') wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') in ordinary shares £0.005 each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') arising out of the operation of its 888 All-Employee Share Plan.

Gigi Levy was granted share awards in the form of a contingent right to receive shares under the 888 All-Employee Plan on 8 April 2008. Following the satisfaction of the vesting conditions to which those share awards were subject, the share awards in the form of a contingent right to receive shares vested on 8 April 2009.

Aviad Kobrine was granted nil-cost options under the 888 All-Employee Plan on 14 September 2006 and 30 April 2007.The Remuneration Committee exercised its discretion and decided to approve the vesting of 60% of the performance based award capable of vesting in 2009 to Aviad Kobrine.

Following the vesting as detailed above, the share awards and nil cost options vested on 8 April 2009 and 14 April 2009 as follows:
