DIRECTORS/ PDMR SHARE INTERESTS

Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings plc (the 'Company') wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') in ordinary shares £0.005 each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') arising out of the operation of its 888 All-Employee Share Plan.

On 14 January 2009, awards over Shares in the form of a nil-cost option and a contingent right to receive shares ('Awards') were granted under the 888 All-Employee Share Plan to the following PDMRs, as set out below. This grant is in lieu of a portion of the annual cash bonus due by the Company to the PDMRs.
