Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings
plc wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons
discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') in ordinary shares of 888
Holdings plc ('Shares') arising out of the operation of its 888 All-Employee
Share Plan.

On 30 May 2007, awards over Shares in the form of a nil-cost option and a
contingent right to receive shares ('Awards') were granted under the 888
All-Employee Share Plan to the following PDMRs, as set out below. The numbers of
shares stated are the maximum available to each PDMR.

The award shall vest over 4 years in equal portions conditional on the
achievement of performance criteria and subject to continued employment. The
earliest date on which the PDMR would normally become entitled to the first 25%
of the shares comprised in the Award is 30 May 2008 and a further twenty five
per cent on each of 30 May 2009, 30 May 2010 and 30 May 2011 or as otherwise
determined by the rules of 888 All-Employee Share Plan. The PDMRs were not
required to make any payment for this Award.
