Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

evoke plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

On 15 August 2024, the Company was notified that Lord Jon Mendelsohn, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 55.2p each (the "Transaction").

Post this Transaction, Jon Mendelsohn holds an interest of 500,000 Ordinary Shares.
