                         888 - Kamay Partner Agreement

888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment companies, has
today entered into a new partnership with Kamay Holdings Ltd ('Kamay'),
operating Casino and Poker under various brands and powered by 888.com. This new
offering will launch in the beginning of January 2008.

This new partnership is another milestone in the execution of the 888 white
label strategy that has so far successfully leveraged its existing
infrastructure to boost its business in different target markets. Based on its
robust infrastructure 888 has already established itself as a significant player
in the online gaming white label market with successful introduction of
www.rileyspoker.com in the UK and www.towertorneos.com in Latin America.

Kamay is led by a team of industry veterans, with a track record of customer
recruitment and traffic generation.  Kamay will be focusing on the rapidly
growing markets in Europe, leveraging its online marketing expertise with the
added value that the 888.com platform provides.
