Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 and Proxy Form

11 June 2010 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, that it has submitted to the Financial Services Authority two copies of the above documents which will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at: The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available on the Company's website at www.experianplc.com.

The 2010 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Merrion Hotel, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, Ireland on Wednesday 21 July 2010 at 9.30am. A summary of the resolutions and the reasons they are being proposed are set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The additional information required under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R, including a description of the risk and uncertainties for the Company and a statement of directors' responsibilities, and as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010, was included in the Company's Preliminary results announcement on 19 May 2010.
