Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2013 and Proxy Form

The 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Merrion Hotel, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, Ireland on Wednesday 17 July 2013 at 9.30am. A summary of the resolutions and the reasons they are being proposed is set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The additional information required under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R, including a description of the risks and uncertainties for the Company and a statement of directors' responsibilities, and as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013, was included in the Company's preliminary results announcement on 9 May 2013.
