Annual Information Update

8 July 2011 - Experian plc, the global information services company, published its 2011 Annual Report and Accounts on 10 June 2011. This Annual information Update ("AIU") is required by and is being made pursuant to Article 10 of the Prospectus Directive as implemented in the United Kingdom (Prospectus Rule 5.2) and not for any other purpose.

The Company is publishing the AIU for the period from 9 July 2010 up to and including 8 July 2011 via a RIS today and making it available online at www.experianplc.com.
