(THE 'COMPANY')
DIRECTOR / PDMR NOTIFICATION
The Company has received notification that Experian Finance plc has entered into
a contract for differences over 1,050,000 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in
the Company at a reference price of £5.58 for the purposes of hedging the
Group's UK national insurance liabilities in connection with the operation of
its employee share plans. Don Robert and Paul Brooks, who are directors of the
Company, are also directors of Experian Finance plc. Therefore, for the purposes
of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Experian Finance plc is a connected
person of Don Robert and Paul Brooks. The contract was entered into on 7 August
2007. The notification was received by the Company on 7 August 2007 and was made
in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
