Director/PDMR Notification

3 December 2010 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 2 December 2010, Experian Finance plc entered into a contract for differences over 800,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company at a reference price of 753.08 pence per share, for the purposes of hedging the cost of the Group's employee share plans. Don Robert and Paul Brooks, who are directors of the Company, are also directors of Experian Finance plc. Therefore, for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Experian Finance plc is a connected person of Don Robert and Paul Brooks.

The notification to the Company, on 2 December 2010, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
