Company, acquired an additional 16,700 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in
the Company. The shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at a price
of 427.65 pence per share on 26 November 2007. The notification was received by
the Company on 27 November 2007 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
